Makeup by Christian Dior

I haven’t done a review of a makeup product for a long time and I too have been missing writing about one. Since I bought two Christian Dior products not a long time ago, I decided to combine the two in one post. One of them is the Dior Contour Stick, the other product is a dark burgundy lipstick, my favorite for the fall.

Dior Blush Light & Contour

I actually wanted to buy a new foundation the day I bought this darling, but I saw this rather new product from Dior, and I went with this item instead of a foundation. I’m not a huge fan of contouring, I’m not the best at it either, but I thought I should give it a try. I was definitely not disappointed: it has a lovely tan shade, very natural, not too orange. After I blended it with a Morphe brush, my face cheekbones looked naturally sharp and sculpted, without the makeup being too visible. The highlighter on the other end completed the look, giving off a lovely dewy vibe, reminding me of the summer. Because of it’s creamy texture, it blends easier with the other products on my skin- Also, it didn’t clog up any pores, therefore letting my skin breath and not causing any breakouts around my face.

Dior Rouge Lipstick: Unique 956

I bought this lippie a week before I left to Germany, and since then I have been using it as much as I can, although mainly for night outs or special events, I always get complimented on it. It is a creamy lipstick with a slight shine to it to hydrate your lips. It’s colors is very long lasting a unique, a shade that goes well with all kinds of skin tones. I also like that I can layer it up, the first coat being quite sheer, giving my lips a naturally darker color, and more coats will make them look eye-catching.

Both products have a high quality, and can be used on a daily basis. In my opinion, they both live up to my expectations, and they are worth the money. Especially the lipstick because I haven’t come across a similar shade so far. I say give them a try, maybe even another shade, since the contour stick comes in 3 different varieties, while the lipstick has plenty of more shades to choose from.

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the layout of your site?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content
so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot
of text for only having 1 or two pictures. Maybe you could
    space it out better?
