Just a hint of blush can make you seem much more fresh and alive, so I always make sure to sweep on some in the morning before I leave my house! Most blush colours match all complections, but you can always have a try out at the store before you purchase one. Just swipe some on your cheeck bones, though make sure it isn’t too harsh otherwise you could like you have ran a marathon. Weather it is a pretty tone of peach or a lovely pink, a good blush can add life to your face. So here are my personal favourite blushes:
1. Bourjois: Pastel Rouge
I have gotten this blush ages ago, so unfortunately they don’t sell this shade anymore, but don’t worry because I went for a hunt to find a very similar one! It is from Bourjois too, in the colour 39 Rose Mandarin. It is a lovely matte, darke shade, which has a slight brown tint to it. A little amount can be seen very well on the face already and I was surprised how well it blends!
2. Max Factor: 10 Nude Mauve:
This blush is much more natural with it’s lighter shade and pastel pink. It has some shimmer to it, that makes you look very lively when the sunshine hits your face. It has ligh pinks and some bronzier colours mixed together. I would prefer this for a day time look during the winter. I has a slightly creamier touch, however, it it still is powder and it blends very well.
3. Mac: Peaches
This shade of blush is very popular. I have heard many other beauty gurus and bloggers using this and loving it! I have bought is about 2 years ago in Mac and I probably used it every other day since then! I am very surprised how well it applies up to this day, in addition just a few swipes are enough to see the blush on your face, therefore the product can be used for a very long time! It is a very soft matte peach tone (hence the name of it). I love how it stays on until the end of the day, so I won’t have to worry about. In my opinion, this is definetly a blush that everyone needs!
4. Estée Lauder: 17 Wild Sunset
This shimmery blush is quite a dark pink with a subtle of red in it. It looks amazing on the skin and finishes the whole make up look. It blends fantasticly well, and brings the tones in your face together too. I like to apply a little more when we go out at night and keep it simple and light during the day! It feels like velvet and when you apply it, but at the same time you don’t feel like you have your face covered in paint. This is my favourite shimmery shade.
These are my absolute favourite blushes that I have been using very frequently the last couple of months and I had recieved quite a few compliments on these shades too! They are cery loveable, and though some are pricier, I don’t think it hurts anyone to invest in such a great blush!
